Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience as a Leader in a retail environment.
• B.A. preferred, but experience is paramount.
• Experience in highly regulated businesses is desirable.
• Must be 21+ years old and pass a background check in certain markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead store-level operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Train in loss prevention awareness and oversee adherence to loss prevention practices.
• Assist in shipping/receiving processes and complete shipment turnaround.
• Maintain backstock areas, ensure compliance with regulations, and improve process efficiency.
• Communicate store information and goals to the team and participate in meetings.
• Support merchandising and display projects with General Manager and Store Leadership.
