Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute inventory initiatives as outlined on the master calendar.
• Deliver results by ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly through the store team.
• Collaborate with cross-divisional teams to align on strategic objectives and plans.
• Ensure the store is audit compliant and achieves acceptable scores.
• Establish and implement operational policies and procedures for retail staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security policies within the store.
• Communicate and collaborate with other Managers to achieve company goals.
• Partner with HR to recruit, hire, train, and onboard staff.
