You will also organize associate events and support training while partnering with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams. Ideal candidates will have experience in HR functions within retail or service environments, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting HR functions in fast-paced retail or service environment.
• Includes recruiting, onboarding, and associate relations.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems, labor compliance, and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan staffing with store and department management; manage full-cycle recruitment.
• Conduct interviews, prescreen applicants, and coordinate orientation sessions.
• Represent the company at local recruiting events and job fairs.
