Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan staffing needs and manage full-cycle recruitment.
• Conduct interviews, prescreen applicants, and coordinate orientation.
• Represent the company at local recruiting events and job fairs.
• Maintain accurate personnel files, time and attendance records, and process changes.
• Serve as liaison between store associates and HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams.
• Assist with performance management and leaves of absence.
• Support scheduling processes and operational programs.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure policy compliance.
