Job summary

FAST RETAILING CO., LTD., the parent of UNIQLO, is seeking an HR Coordinator to support store HR functions at our Tysons location in the United States. This role partners with the in-store HR Assistant Manager to manage staffing, payroll, and personnel records, delivering reliable HR service in a retail setting.

You will assist with interviews, on-site recruiting events, onboarding, and ensure compliant HR practices while handling confidential information. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of HR administration or related experience.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; maintain confidentiality.
• Knowledge of HR policies, employment law and EEO guidelines.
• Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
• Travel up to 25% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR leadership on staffing objectives and employee relations.
• Process HR reports and maintain personnel records.
• Handle leaves of absence, PTO, workers' comp inquiries.
• Assist with interviews and investigations at the store level.
• Collaborate with store managers and payroll on HR tasks.
• Support recruitment through on-site events and external sourcing.
• Post and update open positions; track hires and onboarding.
