Job summary

UNIQLO, a brand under FAST RETAILING CO., LTD., seeks a Human Resources Coordinator to support HR functions at the store level. You will partner with in-store HR leadership on staffing, payroll, and personnel files, ensuring compliant HR operations across locations.

The role requires at least one year in HR administration, experience in retail is preferred, and strong MS Excel/ Word skills. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and travel may be needed to support recruitment efforts.

Qualifications

• Qualifications: High School Diploma (Bachelors Degree preferred).
• Minimum of one year HR administration or similar administrative experience.
• Experience in retail preferred.
• Strong PC knowledge including MS Excel and Word.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and understand HR policies and employment law.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Travel may be required (10-25%).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Area HR Manager and HR Assistant Manager on employee relations issues and staffing objectives.
• Process reports and handle administrative HR tasks.
• Assist with interviews, investigations, disciplinary actions, and store-level HR support.
• Collaborate with store managers, payroll, training, and other functions.
• Support recruitment by engaging external sources and on-site events.
• Post and update open positions on job boards and manage new hire processes.
• Participate in special projects as assigned by management.
