Job summary

Uniqlo is seeking an in-store Human Resources Coordinator in Aventura Mall, Miami. You will report to the HR Assistant Manager and support talent acquisition, payroll, timecard enforcement, and personnel file maintenance.

You will partner with store leadership on staffing, assist with interviews and investigations, and coordinate recruitment events to drive applicant flow. A strong customer service ethic and discretion are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year HR administration or similar administrative experience.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HR policies, employment law, recruitment practices and EE regulations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with store HR leaders on staffing objectives and employee relations.
• Process HR reports and maintain personnel files and payroll records.
• Assist with interviews, investigations and disciplinary actions at store level.
• Support recruitment by building relationships with external sources and attending job fairs.
• Handle on-site and external recruitment events and job postings.
