Job summary

FAST RETAILING CO., LTD. is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support HR functions for UNIQLO Large Format stores in Santa Clara, CA. The role reports to the General Manager and Area HR Manager and may involve travel between locations.

You will train employees on HR processes and employment laws, assist with interviews, investigations and employee relations, and manage payroll-related tasks. A related Associate’s degree or 1+ years HR/administration experience is required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in a related field or 1+ years HR/Admin experience.
• Experience in HR processes, employment laws, recruiting.
• Ability to work in store environments and travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for HR functions in UNIQLO Large Format Stores.
• Train store-to-store employees on HR processes and policies.
• Partner with Area HR Manager on employee relations and staffing objectives.
• Process HR reports and maintain payroll-related tasks.
