Job summary

UNIQLO is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support HR functions across multiple store locations, primarily in San Francisco. You will train store teams on HR processes, ensure policy adherence, and assist with recruitment and employee relations while collaborating with the Regional HR Manager.

Based in a large-format UNIQLO store, you will manage payroll integrity, assist with interviewing and investigations, and support payroll and benefits administration.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in a related field or 1+ years HR or Administration experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle sensitive information.
• Experience with HR systems such as ADP PayForce, WFS, Oracle, SuccessFactors and Workday.

Responsibilities

• Provide training in store HR processes and procedures.
• Partner with Regional HR Manager on employee relations issues and staffing objectives.
• Process payroll-related reports and administrative tasks for HR functions.
• Assist with interviews, investigations, disciplinary actions, and HR support at the store level.
• Coordinate on-site recruiting events, job fairs, and sourcing candidates for stores.
