Job summary

UNIQLO, a brand of FAST RETAILING CO., LTD., in Orlando, FL, seeks a Human Resources Coordinator to support HR functions including talent acquisition, payroll processing, and timecard enforcement at the store level.

You will partner with the Area HR Manager and HR Assistant Manager on employee relations and staffing objectives, process reports, and maintain personnel records. Flexibility to work evenings/weekends and travel 10–25% may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in retail HR administration or similar administrative role is preferred.
• Strong PC skills including MS Excel and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Area HR Manager and HR Assistant Manager on employee relations and staffing objectives.
• Process reports and manage HR administrative tasks and records.
• Serve as liaison for employee relations, leaves, and workers' compensation.
• Assist with interviews, investigations, disciplinary actions, and HR support at store level.
• Collaborate with store managers, HR, training and payroll teams.
• Support recruitment efforts locally by engaging external sources and attending job fairs.
• Utilize recruiting tools and conduct on-site recruiting events to source candidates.
• Track employment processes: new hire start dates, orientations, and paperwork.
• Assist with posting/updating open positions on job boards; participate in on-site/external job fairs.
