FAST RETAILING CO., LTD.'s UNIQLO brand is seeking a Human Resources Assistant Manager to support store HR operations. The role trains Store Managers and HR staff, administers payroll and timekeeping, maintains personnel files, and reports to the Area HR Manager on staffing and employee relations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, minimum two years of HR or related experience (retail preferred), strong Excel and HRIS skills (Workday preferred), excellent communication, and a

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
• Minimum of two years HR or related experience.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Strong MS Excel and Word skills; familiarity with HRIS (Workday preferred).
• Excellent customer service and written/verbal communication.
• Confidentiality and discretion; knowledge of employment laws.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends; travel 10–25%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Area HR Manager on employee relations and staffing objectives.
• Process HR reports and administer HR records and policies.
• Assist interviews, investigations, disciplinary actions, and store-level HR support.
• Provide training for Store Managers and HR Coordinators on HR processes and laws.
• Advise managers on workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
• Support multi-location HR needs and special projects.
