Job summary

Cumberland Farms in Rhode Island is seeking a motivated Guest Service Leader to support store operations, greet guests, coach teammates, and lead by example during shifts; flexibility to cover day/evening hours.

Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager, maintaining a clean, stocked store, and delivering a fast, friendly guest experience. Part-time and full-time hours available based on store needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service or retail preferred.
• Ability to lead by example and coach others.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome.
• Support store operations and lead shifts in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Keep store clean, stocked, and organized for a fast, pleasant guest experience.
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately to minimize guest wait time.
• Assist with safety and policy adherence, training, and coaching of team members.
