Job summary

Six Flags Great Adventure is seeking a Retail Supervisor to help drive the successful operation of the park's retail area. You will engage guests with a friendly demeanor, uphold merchandising standards, and coach team members to deliver exceptional service.

You will coordinate with store leadership, ensure accurate POS transactions, and maintain cleanliness and appearance across assigned locations. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced theme park

Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail or guest services.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available to work minimum 32 hours per week.
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Promote sales with impeccable guest service and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop staff on a day-to-day basis to meet quality standards.
• Maintain department merchandising standards and policies.
• Operate POS register systems for sales transactions.
• Work across multiple park locations as needed.
