Six Flags Great Adventure is seeking a Retail Supervisor to help run the assigned area in the Retail Department. You will engage guests, coach team members, and communicate business needs to the direct Supervisor while upholding merchandising and guest experience standards.

The role requires 18+ years old, 32+ hours/week availability, and the ability to work flexible hours across nights, weekends, and holidays. Pay rate is $18.25 per hour.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of retail, customer service, or hospitality experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Available to work a minimum of 32 hours per week.
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Promote product sales with great guest service and satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of products and Six Flags brand offerings.
• Resolve guest concerns daily.
• Assist in training, motivating and coaching staff to ensure quality standards.
• Ensure area policies and procedures are followed.
• Maintain image, cleanliness and courtesy; enforce dress code and high standards.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality.
• Operate POS systems to complete sales.
• May work in multiple park locations.
