Job summary

Six Flags Great Adventure seeks a capable supervisor to lead stand teams and support location operations. You will enforce food safety standards, manage stocking and equipment, and coach staff for excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include training, performance evaluation, and promoting a positive, energetic atmosphere that enhances guest satisfaction. You’ll partner with management to resolve issues and maintain compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisor experience in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe Alcohol and ServSafe Manager certifications or ability to pass.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of stand supervisors and associates assigned to your location(s).
• Enforce proper food preparation and handling procedures in compliance with health department and policies.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering of supplies.
• Foster teamwork and ensure coordination between food preparation and service.
• Troubleshoot staff, equipment, or service issues with upper management.
• Maintain a positive, energetic guest experience during high-traffic periods.
• Provide prompt, friendly and efficient guest service and address concerns.
• Interact with guests to check satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of all units within the area.
• Provide coaching and development plans; evaluate and promote as appropriate.
• Comply with all Six Flags policies.
