Job summary

Six Flags Great Adventure is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations at your assigned location(s) in New Jersey. You will lead a team, ensure compliance with quality, sanitation, and customer service standards, and help create a fun, memorable guest experience.

You will work with the management team to coordinate food preparation and service, monitor stock, train staff, and handle guest concerns promptly to keep operations running smoothly during peak periods.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of food and beverage ops experience in fast-paced settings.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver high-quality guest service.
• Enforce food safety and sanitation per health dept policies.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies.
• Coordinate closely with management to align prep and service.
• Troubleshoot staff, equipment, or guest service issues with management.
• Create a positive, energetic guest atmosphere during peak times.
• Ensure guests are treated with respect and served promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all units in the area.
• Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to associates.
• Evaluate associates and recommend promotions where qualified.
• Comply with Six Flags policies at all times.
