Five Below, Inc. in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead our crew and deliver WOW service at checkout and on the sales floor. You will train staff on the BEST service and help drive store performance while maintaining a fun, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include leading the front end, recruiting and coaching crew, reviewing communications, and ensuring brand standards. The role requires flexibility, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Wows customers through personal contact with guests and trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Leads assigned store to achieve customer service score goals from the District Manager.
• Oversees front end operations and ensures merchandise is presented to brand standards.
• Maintains front-end equipment and trains associates in applicable services.
• Manages opening/closing procedures, store cleanliness, and readiness for customers.
• Performs store manager duties in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Partners with the store manager to recruit, train, coach, and supervise crew members.
• Reviews corporate communications and responds appropriately.
• Supports merchandising procedures and recovery across the store.
• Executes general maintenance and stock room duties.
