Five Below is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead front-end operations, ensure fast, friendly checkouts, and wow customers. Under the Store Manager, you will mentor associates, manage cash handling, cleanliness, safety, and drive sales while delivering the Five Below experience.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent. College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Creative thinking
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure

Responsibilities

• Wowing the Customer through personal contact and front-end operations
• Achieving CSAT score goals provided by the District Manager
• Training the staff on the High Fives of Customer Service
• Ensuring that each guest has a fast, friendly checkout
• Maintaining store cleanliness, recovery, and readiness for customers
