Job summary

lululemon Athletica is seeking an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience to lead from the floor, build and develop a diverse team, and deliver an outstanding guest experience in our stores.

You will partner with store leadership on hiring, coaching, performance management, and ensuring inclusive, welcoming environments where teammates can grow.

This role requires weekend availability and travel to other local stores as needed; prior leadership and retail operations experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of people management experience.
• 1 year of leadership experience overseeing operations and projects.
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to develop team members and ensure excellent guest service.
• Manage hiring, coaching, and performance to drive store results.
• Maintain inclusive, engaging store culture and safe work environment.
• Oversee store operations, visual presentation, and adherence to policies.
