Job summary

lululemon seeks an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience to lead from the floor, develop a diverse team, and ensure guests receive a high-quality experience daily. You’ll coach staff, drive product education, and uphold store standards in line with company values.

You’ll partner with Store Manager to review metrics, manage operations and merchandising, support hiring, and foster belonging across the team. A flexible schedule is required to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must have ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation.
• Work occurs on a variable schedule which could include early mornings, mornings, afternoons, evenings, late nights or overnights, plus weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create and foster an inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences.
• Lead exceptional guest experience on the floor through product education and coaching of team members.
• Open and close the store following procedures and maintain safety compliance.
• Review business data with managers to inform planning, merchandising, and labor decisions.
