lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience to lead from the floor, build a diverse team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience daily. You will coach teammates, manage performance, and ensure strong store operations while upholding lululemon values.

Responsibilities include leading teams, working with store leadership on planning, merchandising, and guest service. The role requires 1 year of supervisory experience and a schedule that includes weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year people management experience.
• 1 year leadership experience in operations and administration.
• Willingness to work a variable schedule including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to develop team members and deliver quality guest experiences.
• Provide floor leadership to ensure efficient operations and product presentation.
• Partner with managers on planning, budgeting, and hiring strategies.
• Open and close the store per procedures and maintain safety.
• Address guest feedback and resolve escalations to “make it right.”
