lululemon is hiring an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience to lead on the floor, coach a diverse team, and ensure exceptional guest service aligned with our values. You will partner with store leadership to drive performance, manage operations, and maintain store standards.

The role requires 1 year of people management and 1 year of leadership experience, with a schedule that includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation
• Work schedule includes early mornings, mornings, afternoons, evenings, late nights or overnights and weekends/holidays
• 1 year of people management experience
• 1 year of leadership experience managing business operations and projects

Responsibilities

• Lead with inclusive leadership to create a respectful team environment
• Develop and coach team members; provide feedback and mentoring
• Support hiring and building a diverse, capable team
• Provide on-floor guest experience leadership and product education
• Coordinate with managers on data and planning to inform staffing and strategies
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation
• Open/close store following procedures and ensure safety
• Manage budget elements and labor hours as delegated
