Job summary

lululemon seeks an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience to lead from the floor, build and develop a diverse team, and deliver an outstanding guest experience in line with our values.

You will partner with the Store Manager on hiring, coaching, performance feedback, and operations including store opening/closing, merchandising, and safety, while fostering inclusivity and belonging for all team members.

Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience
• 1 year leadership experience in managing operations and processes
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to coach and develop team members and ensure guest experience aligns with lululemon values
• Provide floor leadership, education to guests on products, and address gaps with feedback and coaching
• Partner with Store Manager on hiring, performance management, and development of a diverse team
• Open/close the store, manage merchandising, and ensure store safety and policy compliance
• Support budgeting and labor hour planning as delegated by Store Manager
