Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Account Manager – Retail Premier to lead relationships with brick-and-mortar wireless retailers, drive expansion, and ensure brand compliance across the footprint. You will manage daily partner interactions and execute strategies to grow sales and customer satisfaction.

With 5+ years in sales or account management and a Bachelor’s degree, you’ll conduct audits, trainings, and business reviews, travel 20% in territory, and work evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of related experience or training in sales, account management, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with retail partners by managing daily interactions and ensuring optimal representation of the Spectrum brand.
• Execute sales strategies and support field operations to maximize sales and meet business objectives.
• Provide comprehensive account management through audits, field visits, training, business reviews, product support, customer concern resolution, brand compliance, and merchandising.
• Conduct regular meetings and training sessions to help partners achieve sales targets and uphold quality standards.
• Collaborate with retail owners and internal teams to develop and manage growth plans aligned with Spectrum’s goals.
• Coordinate and support special events, overseeing staffing, merchandising, and sales execution.
• Prospect new business locations and drive incremental sales by expanding Spectrum’s retail footprint.
