Job summary

You will lead audits, trainings, and business reviews, coordinate events, and drive growth with partners while traveling regularly to assigned locations. Strong English skills and 5+ years in sales/account mgmt are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of related experience in sales, account management, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with brick-and-mortar wireless shops and ensure optimal representation of the Spectrum brand.
• Execute sales strategies and support field operations to maximize sales and meet business objectives.
• Provide comprehensive account management through audits, field visits, training, business reviews, product support, customer concern resolution, brand compliance, and merchandising.
• Conduct regular meetings and training sessions to help partners achieve sales targets and uphold quality standards.
• Collaborate with retail owners and internal teams to develop and manage growth plans aligned with Spectrum's goals.
• Coordinate and support special events, overseeing staffing, merchandising, and sales execution.
• Prospect new business locations and drive incremental sales by expanding Spectrum's retail footprint.
