Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of related sales experience.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple partners.
• Proficient in MS Office; willingness to travel frequently.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Manage daily relationships with Big Box retailers and third‑party vendors.
• Execute sales strategies, field operations, and partner training.

• Plan events, staffing, merchandising, and sales execution.
• Monitor sales performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Deliver reports to channel leadership and address challenges.
• Prospect and onboard new partners to expand Spectrum footprint.
