Job summary

You will lead field sales initiatives, provide product and promotion knowledge, train partners, and analyze performance to meet KPIs while traveling frequently within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of related sales or account management experience in retail.
• Proven ability to build relationships and drive sales in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily relationships with Big Box retailers and vendors to maximize sales.
• Execute field sales strategies, audits, training, and business reviews.
• Lead meetings to ensure targets, quality standards, and KPIs are met.
• Deliver product, promotions, and offering information to drive awareness and sales.
• Develop growth plans with partner owners aligned to Spectrum goals.
• Collaborate with Operations, Strategy, and divisions for alignment.
• Coordinate events, staffing, merchandising, and sales execution.
• Monitor sales metrics and implement improvements for partner performance.
• Provide reports and feedback to channel leadership.
• Prospect and onboard new business partners to expand Spectrum footprint.
