Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and training.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily relationships with Big Box retailers and third-party vendors to maximize sales.
• Execute field sales strategies and support partners through audits, training, and business reviews.
• Lead meetings and trainings to ensure sales targets and KPIs are met.
• Provide product, promotion, and offering information to drive awareness and sales.
• Collaborate with partner owners to develop growth plans aligned with Spectrum objectives.
• Coordinate events, oversee staffing and merchandising, and support sales execution.
• Monitor sales metrics and implement improvements to partner performance.
• Provide reports to channel leadership and help resolve challenges.
• Prospect and onboard new partners to expand Spectrum's retail footprint.
