Job summary

Toast is expanding its Toast Retail platform and seeks a Retail Account Executive to join a founding team. You will prospect, build relationships, and sign up new convenience stores, grocery stores, and bottle shops in an assigned territory.

You will conduct demos, tailor solutions, and collaborate with teams to ensure delivery matches commitments. The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of meeting goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, build relationships, and sign up new convenience stores, grocery stores, and bottle shops.
• Generate prospect lists and manage full sales cycle from first call to close.
• Conduct demos and tailor solutions to meet each prospect's needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery meets expectations set during sales.
• Leverage Salesforce CRM to track all sales activities.
• Analyze the competitive landscape and position Toast effectively in the market.
