Job summary

Toast is expanding its presence with a new Toast Retail platform for convenience stores, grocery stores, and bottle shops. As a Retail Account Executive, you will join a founding team that builds relationships, prospect, demo, and sign up new accounts in an assigned geographic territory.

Using a consultative approach, you will tailor solutions to each prospect, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure delivery.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong communication/negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, build relationships, and sign up new convenience stores, grocery stores and bottle shops.
• Generate lists of prospects and manage the full sales cycle from initial call to close.
• Conduct demos and develop solutions that meet prospect needs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure delivery.
• Leverage Salesforce to manage all sales activities.
• Understand competitive landscape and position Toast effectively.
