You will mentor your Assistant General Manager, lead budgeting and forecasting, and own store results with accountability for both floor leadership and operations. Training and career growth are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, 2 years in a leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a multifaceted environment.
• Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing team.

Responsibilities

• Own the hiring process for your store: interview, select, and bring in the best talent.
• Build, develop, and mentor your sales team and reinforce our sales process.
• Own store metrics daily and ensure staffing, scheduling, and labor controls.
• Lead as a brand advocate and communicate company objectives to the team.
