Job summary

Victra is the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States. As General Manager, you shape guest experience by coaching your team, exceed sales targets, and manage store budgeting and forecasting.

You will mentor your Assistant General Manager, run the store like a business, drive high-performance results, and act as a brand advocate while leading with integrity and innovation.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, with 2 years in a leadership role
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment
• Proven track record of achieving team and individual sales goals
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a multifaceted retail setting
• Strong interview and staffing knowledge

Responsibilities

• Own the hiring process for your store, interview and select talent
• Develop and mentor the sales team and reinforce the sales process
• Drive store results and exceed defined sales and operational metrics
• Own staffing, scheduling, labor, marketing and loss prevention
• Lead adoption of new tools and sales initiatives
• Develop and implement sales strategy and store budget forecasting
• Communicate objectives and priorities clearly to the team
