Job summary

Victra, the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States, is seeking a General Manager who shapes the guest experience, coaches the team, and drives store performance with integrity and innovation.

You will own the hiring process, develop your sales staff, lead the Every Guest, Every Time sales approach, and partner with district leadership to grow talent and exceed targets while managing budgets and operations.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in retail sales, 2+ years in leadership
• Experience managing commissions-based sales
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a complex environment
• Set goals, evaluate performance, and develop a high performing team
• Basic interview skills and staffing knowledge
• Legally allowed to work in the United States
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays

Responsibilities

• Own the hiring process for your store and recruit top talent
• Build, develop, and mentor your sales team
• Teach and reinforce the sales process with Every Guest, Every Time
• Provide ongoing sales training and support to exceed sales targets
• Own store's numbers, staffing, scheduling, labor, marketing, and loss prevention
• Review daily store metrics and adjust proactively
• Set guest experience standards and resolve guest escalations
• Attract and retain top-caliber employees
• Collaborate with district leadership to share best practices
