Job summary

Victra, the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States, is seeking a General Manager who shapes guest experience and drives performance. You coach your team to deliver Every Guest, Every Time, while balancing store operations and budgeting. You mentor your Assistant GM and lead weekly sales leadership calls.

You will run the store as a business, focusing on high accountability, strategic thinking, and a strong talent pipeline to sustain growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing team.
• Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own the hiring process for your store: interview, select, and bring in the best talent — a General Manager's most important decision is who joins the team, not just how you develop them once they're there
• Build, develop, and mentor your sales team
• Work through your team to teach, coach, and reinforce our sales process with Every Guest, Every Time
• Provide ongoing sales training and support to help your team exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives
• Own the store's numbers and ensure monthly success measurements are met
• Keep score daily — review key sales and operational metrics and adjust early
• Engage in sales strategy development to showcase products and services throughout the store
• Engage in budgeting, forecasting, analyzing, and providing sales reports
• Lead as a brand advocate and communicate company objectives to your team
