Job summary

Victra, the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States, seeks a General Manager to shape guest experience and lead a high-performance team. You will coach the Assistant GM, drive sales, manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, and own store results with accountability across all functions.

You will mentor talent, lead change, and implement the company vision through daily store leadership and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment
• 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals
• High school diploma or GED
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December

Responsibilities

• Own the hiring process for your store: interview, select, and bring in the best talent.
• Build, develop, and mentor your sales team.
• Coach and reinforce our sales process with Every Guest, Every Time.
• Provide ongoing sales training and support to help your team exceed sales goals and service objectives.
• Own store numbers and day-to-day operations including staffing, scheduling, and labor controls.
• Lead as a brand advocate and communicate company objectives to your team.
