Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations, oversee inventory, achieve KPIs, and ensure a high-quality patient experience. The role requires strong leadership and a focus on regulatory compliance.

You will coach a 40+ person team, maintain brand standards, and manage scheduling within labor budgets to meet business needs. Excellent communication and cash handling experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 4 years related experience or equivalent.
• Prior management experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Must have cash handling experience.
• Ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidentiality.
• English communication to work with customers and team; operate basic equipment.
• Proven ability to analyze data to inform policies and procedures.
• Ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with all state regulations.
• Review and communicate changes to SOPs to employees.
• Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring/training needs.
• Provide coaching, training, and development to the team.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations.
• Maintain professional relationships with business partners.
• Schedule effectively within labor budget.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
