Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations and regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will supervise 40+ staff, manage inventory, and drive service standards to achieve sales goals.

This on-site role requires strong leadership, cash handling, and coaching abilities. A Bachelor’s degree and experience in retail or customer service are preferred. Expect monthly bonuses and comprehensive benefits. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with four years related experience or equivalent.
• Prior management experience in retail or customer service.
• Cash handling experience.
• Ability to train and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.
• Strong interpersonal and confidential communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and sales results.
• Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state regulations.
• Review and communicate SOP changes to employees.
• Evaluate employee performance and identify training needs.
• Provide coaching and development to meet objectives.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory and assets.
• Resolve patient issues and escalations.
• Schedule effectively within labor budget.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with policies.
