Job summary

Trulieve is hiring a General Manager to lead store operations, manage inventory, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional customer experience. The role reports to the Area Manager in a fast-growing U.S.

cannabis company recognized for employee satisfaction and sustainability. The General Manager will supervise 40+ employees, enforce brand standards, and drive service and sales results while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to SOPs and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, four years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Must possess the ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; maintain confidentiality.
• Able to communicate in conversational English with customers and team members; operate devices; follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead store personnel and supervise operations to achieve service standards and sales results.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising and customer experience.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state regulations and company SOPs.
• Coach, train and develop the team to meet objectives and performance expectations.
• Monitor and manage store inventory and schedule within labor budget.
