Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations, oversee inventory, and ensure daily activities meet performance metrics and regulatory requirements. You will report to the Area Manager and drive an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires 45+ hours weekly, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is commensurate with experience, with monthly bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 4+ years related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior management experience in retail or customer service areas is a plus.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism; maintain confidentiality and discretion.
• Ability to communicate in conversational English with customers and team; operate electronic equipment.
• Proven ability to analyze data and inform policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with state regulations.
• Review, communicate and ensure compliance with all company SOPs and changes.
• Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring/training needs.
• Provide coaching, training, and development to the team.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Respond to patient issues and escalations.
• Maintain professional relationships with business partners.
• Schedule effectively within labor budget.
