Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a General Manager in our retail division to lead store operations, drive service standards, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will manage inventory, coach a 40+ person team, and maintain brand standards while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

The role requires strong leadership, cash handling experience, and the ability to analyze data to inform policies. Flexible scheduling and a competitive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, four years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service areas is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Must possess the ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; ability to uphold confidentiality and discretion.
• Able to communicate in conversational English to work effectively with customers and team members; operate electronic equipment and understand safety procedures.
• Proven ability to analyze data and draw appropriate conclusions to inform policies and procedures.
• Ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully and politely.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure compliant with all state regulations.
• Review and ensure compliance with company SOPs and communicate changes to employees.
• Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs.
• Provide coaching, training, and development to the team focusing on service standards and accountability.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations.
• Maintain professional relationships with business partners.
• Schedule effectively within the labor budget to meet business needs.
