You will mentor your Assistant General Manager, manage budgeting and forecasting, and lead weekly leadership calls. The role rewards hands-on leadership and accountability for store success.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in retail sales, 2 years in leadership
• Experience in a commissions-based environment
• Proven track record achieving team sales goals
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Proficient interview and staffing knowledge
• High school diploma or GED
• Customer service experience in retail or sales
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays

Responsibilities

• Own the hiring process for your store and build a strong team
• Develop and mentor sales team and reinforce our sales process
• Provide ongoing sales training to exceed objectives
• Manage store budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Oversee staffing and scheduling, labor controls, and loss prevention
• Track daily metrics and adjust to hit targets
• Engage in sales strategy and promotional initiatives
