Job summary

Victra is seeking a General Manager to shape the guest experience in a fast-paced Verizon store. You will coach your team, drive results, and own budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to run the store like a business.

You will mentor an Assistant General Manager, lead talent management, and deliver exceptional customer solutions daily while upholding Victra's standards and strategic plan.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own the hiring process for your store: interview, select, and bring in the best talent — a General Manager's most important decision is who joins the team.
• Build, develop, and mentor your sales team.
• Work through your team to teach, coach, and reinforce our sales process with Every Guest, Every Time.
• Provide ongoing sales training and support to help your team exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives.
