Love's Travel Stops is seeking a Retail General Manager to lead a high-volume retail service center, overseeing staff including Operations Managers and Assistant Managers. You will drive sales, ensure safety and cleanliness, and implement merchandising and marketing procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.

Experience in multi-site retail management is preferred. The role emphasizes staff development, budgeting, and strong communication within a dynamic team environment at Love’s locations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to navigate various computer programs, systems, and technology tools as part of daily operations.
• Must be able to talk, hear, move around, lift up to 50 pounds, and see clearly to perform job duties.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained location with exceptional customer service and proper merchandising.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and waste control.
• Manage task execution, safety practices, schedule and cash integrity, talent development, and HR support.
• Train and develop team members to meet customer service expectations.
• Understand financial reporting, including profit and loss statements, to inform business decisions.
• Address customer feedback and work to improve the overall experience.
