Love's Travel Stops is seeking a Retail General Manager to lead a high-volume service center and oversee Operations Managers and Assistant Managers to deliver exceptional customer service and sales performance.

You will drive staff development, manage processes, and execute strategies to optimize profitability while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and proper merchandising. This role offers growth opportunities within a dynamic, team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail or travel-stop management.
• 2+ years’ experience managing operations with annual sales > $2M.
• 2+ years’ experience deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years’ experience supervising 10+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained location with exceptional customer service, merchandising and marketing procedures.
• Drive sales via efficient ordering, stocking, inventory and waste management.
• Oversee task execution, safety practices, scheduling, cash integrity, talent development and HR support.
• Collaborate with team to train and develop staff to exceed customer service expectations.
• Understand financial reporting, including P&L to guide business decisions.
• Address customer feedback to improve the overall experience.
