Love’s Travel Stops and Country Stores seeks a Retail General Manager to lead a high-volume customer service center. You will manage staff including Operations Managers and Assistant Managers, drive sales, ensure quality service, and implement strategies to improve profitability and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes staff development, training, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize operations, safety, and reporting across locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail, restaurant, travel stop or c-store management.
• 3+ years managing operations with annual sales volume of $2+ million.
• 3+ years deciphering and impacting budgets and P&L statements.
• 3+ years supervising and training 10+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained location with exceptional customer service, merchandising, and marketing procedures.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and waste management.
• Oversee task execution, safety practices, scheduling, cash integrity, talent acquisition, and HR support.
