Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail or relevant management.
• 2+ years managing operations with annual sales > $2M.
• 2+ years supervising 10+ employees.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain location integrity.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory, and merchandising.
• Oversee budgeting, P&L, safety practices, and HR support.
