Love's Travel Stops is seeking a Retail General Manager to lead a high-volume, multifaceted retail operation. You will oversee staff including Operations and Assistant Managers, ensure excellent customer service, and implement strategies to boost sales and satisfaction.

Formación

• 2+ years in retail, restaurant, travel stop or c-store management.
• 2+ years managing operations with $2M+ annual sales.
• 2+ years deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years supervising and training 10+ employees.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check; DOT screening may apply.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained location with exceptional customer service and proper merchandising.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and waste control.
• Oversee task execution, safety practices, scheduling, cash handling, and HR support.
• Train and develop staff to meet customer service expectations.
• Understand financial reporting, including profit and loss statements to drive improvements.
• Respond to customer feedback and work to enhance the overall experience.
