You will run day-to-day store operations, budget and forecast, and mentor an Assistant General Manager, leading by example in a fast-paced, solutions-sales environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of leadership/supervisory experience in retail sales.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging sales goals.
• Ability to manage staffing, scheduling and store operations.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own the hiring process for your store and develop the sales team.
• Drive store performance through budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Lead guest experience initiatives and coach staff on selling process.
• Manage store metrics daily and ensure timely training completion.
