Qualifications

• Experience coordinating or supervising in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a highly satisfied customer experience and drives loyalty.
• Trains and mentors Associates on policies and procedures.
• Maintains cash controls and oversees change fund.
• Assigns registers and coordinates breaks for coverage.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensures store cleanliness and proper merchandising in the frontline area.
• Handles paperwork approvals and compliance with labor and safety rules.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
