Job summary

HomeGoods at The TJX Companies, Inc. seeks a frontline leader to promote a highly-satisfied customer experience and mentor Associates on frontline execution. You will help drive loyalty, train staff, supervise registers, and maintain store standards while ensuring policy adherence and safety.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent degree preferred.
• Available to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Able to work as a team member and deliver excellent customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to train and provide direction to others.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a highly-satisfied customer experience and drives customer loyalty.
• Trains and mentors Associates on frontline policies and procedures.
• Manages register operations and cash controls.
• Ensures coverage on frontline and sales floor by assigning breaks and monitoring staffing.
• Maintains cleanliness and organizational standards throughout the frontline.
• Adheres to labor laws, safety, and company policies.
• Addresses customer concerns and communicates feedback to management.
